How can I find my order tracking number?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment notification by email with the tracking number(s). You can also view tracking information via your order page. Note that oversized or multi-item orders may ship in separate shipments.

Can I order items that aren’t currently available on chooseyouneed.com?
At this time, we only offer products listed on our site. However, if you’re interested in a specific item that is available through other channels, feel free to contact us. If there’s sufficient demand, we may be able to source it.

Why can’t I have large furniture items delivered to my location?
Certain furniture marked [HD] are limited to designated zip codes due to logistics constraints. If your area falls outside these zones, you might consider using a third-party shipping or forwarding service.

About My Order

I don’t see an order confirmation but was charged—what do I do?
If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, the order likely wasn’t placed. Any charges should drop off in a few business days. If they don’t, please contact us via our contact form.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Report any damages within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please submit images of the damaged item, packaging, and include your order details via our contact form so we can assist promptly.

My order appears to be missing—what next?
First, verify the tracking information and delivery confirmation. Check with neighbors or building staff too. If you still can’t locate the item, contact us with your order number and any tracking details so we can initiate an investigation.

What is your return/refund policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return merchandise in its original, unused condition for a full refund. Returns and refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing, plus additional time for your financial institution to reflect the refund.

How do I return an online order by mail?
Online purchases can be returned by mail to our distribution center. Returns must be unused, with original packaging, and include your packing slip. Please review our Return Policy page for full instructions.

Can I return a store purchase by mail?
No. In-person returns must be made at a physical location. Store purchases mailed to our distribution center are not eligible for refund—you will be responsible for shipping.

Purchased internationally but living in the U.S.?
We are unable to process returns or exchanges for items purchased outside of chooseyouneed.com or U.S.-based stores. Please contact the support team of the original point of purchase.

How does shipping work?
Shipping costs depend on your order’s subtotal (before tax or discounts), with additional fees for oversized or fragile items. For more details, see our Shipping Policy page.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes—we ship to select international destinations. Select your country via the currency/country selector on our site to view options. Shipping fees and delivery time vary by location and will be shown at checkout.

Can you deliver to APO/FPO or P.O. boxes?
Yes, via USPS. Please allow 10–15 business days for delivery.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express—and, where supported, PayPal and Discover.

Is it safe to pay by credit card online?
Absolutely. We utilize industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment and personal information.

Are any products covered by warranty?
Yes. For example, kitchen appliances, diffusers, and clocks are covered by a 1-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects. Luggage comes with a 2-year limited warranty covering functional elements like handles and zippers. Warranties exclude damage from misuse or normal wear; proof of purchase is required.

Gift Cards—are they available?
Yes. We offer virtual gift cards that are redeemable both online and in-store.

Do you offer clothing alteration services?
Currently, alteration services (for a small fee) are only available for select items at specified store locations. No mail-in alterations are accepted. All alteration services are final sale and cannot be returned.
